CLIP Financial Process Digitization

Summary

Our team had begun a project to digitize the end to end process for credit line increases requested by commercial clients (CLIPs). Serving 3 market segments of clients with different service agreements, the process was not standardized nor transparent and traceable for associates who work on these requests.

For this team, who had never worked with a designer, I began by presenting “Working with Design”, an introductory slide deck. Once acclimated with internal associate users and my immediate teammmates from 4 disciplines, I used more traditional UX methodologies such as process/flow mapping, wireframing in Figma, “Tech Feasibility” weekly review facilitation, prototyping, stakeholder presentation, usability feedback interviews, and created static PDF versions of the prototype.

The result was a Figma wireframe & prototype from which the tech team built a SalesForce case with 6 stages, plus visuals for training on the process stages that live outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
